3. Payment Terms

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all content, branding, imagery, and other required materials in a timely manner.

Delays in providing materials may impact project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design and any original content created specifically for the project.

RQA Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.

Use of third-party software, plugins, or images will be subject to their respective licensing terms.
6. Hosting and Domain Names

Unless otherwise agreed, hosting and domain name registration are the responsibility of the client.

We can offer guidance on suitable providers but are not liable for third-party hosting issues.
7. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

While we follow best practices in SEO, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings.

SEO performance depends on various factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes and competitor activity.
8. Limitation of Liability

RQA Solutions will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the website or services.

We will not be responsible for data loss, downtime, or loss of income resulting from third-party services or website performance issues.
9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all completed work and any non-recoverable costs incurred.
