  • “Services” refers to the work provided by RQA Solutions, including but not limited to website design, website development, SEO, Google Ads management, and consulting.

2. Services and Scope of Work

  • All work and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon prior to commencement.

  • Any additional requests or changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

  • RQA Solutions reserves the right to refuse projects that involve unethical, illegal, or misleading content.

3. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the project or according to agreed milestone terms.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide all content, branding, imagery, and other required materials in a timely manner.

  • The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided.

  • Delays in providing materials may impact project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design and any original content created specifically for the project.

  • RQA Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.

  • Use of third-party software, plugins, or images will be subject to their respective licensing terms.

6. Hosting and Domain Names

  • Unless otherwise agreed, hosting and domain name registration are the responsibility of the client.

  • We can offer guidance on suitable providers but are not liable for third-party hosting issues.

7. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • While we follow best practices in SEO, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings.

  • SEO performance depends on various factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes and competitor activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • RQA Solutions will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the website or services.

  • We will not be responsible for data loss, downtime, or loss of income resulting from third-party services or website performance issues.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

  • In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all completed work and any non-recoverable costs incurred.

10. Amendments

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

  • Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
